Coastal Steward Long Island is hosting a great event! The Youth Ocean Conservation Summit at Wertheim National Wildlife Refuge on Saturday, November 10th.
Students attending the summit will be able to listen to speakers focused on ocean conservation topics providing ideas for both science projects and stewardship projects that will aid in efforts to conserve our oceans. Students will get the opportunity to network with researchers, local marine organizations and hear stories of past attendees and the success of their mini-grants!

First 50 registrants will receive a FREE book!
Registration Includes:
- Coffee, juice, and bagels
- Lunch
- Ability to network with people in the ocean conservation field
- YOCS will provide mini-grants to students that write a project proposal and CSLI will offer additional mini-grants to support student projects!
